Who we are
top5local.io is operated by Westies Consulting LLC ("we," "us"). We provide Google Business Profile optimization and review management services to medical spas. Contact: hello@top5local.io.
What we collect
When you request a free audit or book a call, we collect what you submit: your name, business name, email, phone (if provided), zip code, and the treatment you select. We also collect standard server logs via our hosting provider.
How we use it
- To prepare and deliver the audit you requested
- To respond to your inquiry and, if you choose, discuss our services
- To operate and secure the website
We do not sell your information. We do not add you to a marketing list without your consent. We do not collect patient or health information through this site, and you should not submit any.
Third parties
Form submissions are processed by our hosting provider (Netlify). Call bookings are scheduled through Google Calendar under Google's privacy policy. Fonts are served by Google Fonts.
Retention and your choices
We keep inquiry data only as long as needed to serve you. Email hello@top5local.io to ask what we hold about you or to have it deleted.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with an updated date.
